UMBRELLA ARCH IN UNDERGROUND EXCAVATIONS
SAYKOÇ MACHINERY provides solutions for safe progress in tunnels with self drilling pipes. This is a system formed by placing of steel pipes (3” to 4” diameter and 6m to 6m+3m: 9m) along the top of the tunnel to eliminate deformations in the tunnel and increase the self-retention period of the floor and increase the belt time in underground excavation applications such as tunnel, gallery in very weak, weak rock and unstable ground conditions.

SELF DRILLING ANCHORS AND ACCESORIES
Self drilling anchor applications make your work easier in tunnels by being able to drilling, anchorage and injection process in one operation. Self drilling anchors consist a rod which has an empty inner part and grooved outer part and a bit. Air and water pass through the pipe and helps to remove the crumbs and clear the front of the bit. It also allows for immediate injection when the drilling process is completed. Self drilling anchors is unique solution for crack or hard rock types and also unstable ground conditions. (Gravelly soft, clay and non homogenous soil)
